Is William Shatner dead or alive?
About 7 or 8 years ago, I can't remember exactly the date but that's besides the point, basically several years ago, I have a strong memory of hearing on the news that William Shatner died.
I remember being bewildered of his death and I even told myself "Wow" I can't believe he's dead, so this memory is very strong and I remember it like it was yesterday.
What's so surprising about this memory is that I actually found one other person so far who has had this very same memory.
For the longest time I thought I must have misheard this on the news as I have always continued to see him on T.V. and always wondered why am I still seeing him on T.V. for? I thought he was dead, and it most definitely was on the news, but apparently I am not the only one so I don't feel so crazy.

yes, I remember that I heard that he died at an accident with a horse, several years ago. And then, two or three years ago, I saw him as ahost at tv shows.... maybe is the mandella effect...I dont know....

For me I do believe I heard it on a radio news segment, in Texas.
Which state were you in when you heard of his death? Was it on T.V. Or on the radio?
Yes! thank you. I remember him dying because I remember thinking both Spock and Captain are now gone. Then I hear he is still alive about a week ago and I'm like, OK, well another glitch in the matrix
ReplyDeleteThe rumors of his death are just that...rumors. William Shatner is alive and still making special appearances. I think someone was trying to be funny by trying to make people believe he had passed.
ReplyDeleteYes definitely remember this on news .allso most resent.wwe Goldburg got beaten by Rogen .But saw he never fought him instead he pulled out of fight and didn't win the fight arfter all.I thought I was going mad gave me a head ack.2020

ReplyDeleteI had same yes I think heart attack on the news and remember thinking ah the priceline guy is no longer with us and damn neither is that guy who love climbing mountains. Yeah a few years ago and I just saw a new priceline commerical thinking it was old so looked it up and said wait a second its the mandela effect!

ReplyDeleteI was just telling a friend that I thought Shatner had died some time around 2015/17. And then I found this. I also clearly remember thinking, no more priceline man and sad about "Captain Kirk" not being around any more. How strange. I do not remember the details of his death.
